Re-organized the Vote and Donation shop.
Removed many items from donation shop, and vote shop.
Those items are considered over powered therefore we removed the "mass/easy access" from the game.

Rule
You are no longer allowed to sell DPs in public for zeny or anything else.
If cought, you will be account banned.
